Christian Junior Schoissengeyr (born October 18, 1994 in Concepción de la Vega , Dominican Republic ) is an Austrian football player . Since the 2018/19 season he has been playing for FK Austria Wien in the Austrian Bundesliga .

Career

society

Schoissengeyr began his career at ASKÖ Donau Linz . In 2010 he moved to AKA Rapid , where he became a regular and made the leap into the regional league team. There he also became a regular player and so SK Sturm Graz noticed him and signed him in July 2015. At Sturm Graz he was initially also used in the regional league team. In July 2016 he made his professional debut when he started the first round of the 2016/17 ÖFB Cup against FC Stadlau . He made his Bundesliga debut on matchday one of the 2016/17 season against FC Red Bull Salzburg .

For the 2018/19 season he moved to league competitor FK Austria Wien , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2022.

National team

Schoissengeyr played a game for Austria's U-17 juniors in 2011 . In June 2015 he made his debut in the U-21 national team , for which he played in a total of seven compulsory and five friendly matches.
