Martin Hartmann (lawyer)

Martin Hartmann (born October 29, 1870 in Ladenburg ; † November 26, 1931 in Konstanz ; Protestant) was a doctor of law who worked in the Baden state service from 1895 .

Life

During his studies in 1888 he became a member of the Allemannia Heidelberg fraternity . Hartmann passed the first state examination in law in the spring of 1892 and then worked as a legal intern. After the second state examination in law in June 1895, he was employed as a trainee lawyer in the Baden state service.

In 1895 Hartmann worked as a service administrator at the district offices of Eppingen , Wertheim , Triberg , Achern and Weinheim . Further activities in the position of service administrator followed: in 1896 at the district offices of Mosbach and Bruchsal , in 1897 at the district offices in Eppingen and Konstanz, and in 1898 at the district offices in Pforzheim and Waldkirch .

On December 10, 1900, Martin Hartmann was hired as a clerk at the Karlsruhe District Office and in the same position the following year at the Bühl District Office , on July 17, 1902 at the Baden District Office and on May 11, 1906 at the Triberg District Office . He served as chief magistrate from August 1, 1906 at the Triberg District Office and from July 31, 1912 at the Weinheim District Office. From April 1919 Hartmann worked in the secret government council . He also found employment on October 24, 1919 at the Ettlingen district office , in 1924 at the Konstanz district office and in 1926 as a state commissioner in Constance.
