Martin Jensen (born September 29, 1991 in Silkeborg , Denmark ) is a Danish DJ and producer .

Career

At the beginning of March 2015, Jensen released the song , initially for free, which sampled the cheers of Cristiano Ronaldo after winning the FIFA Ballon d'Or 2014 on January 12, 2015 . Various media reported on the publication of the associated teaser , which received several hundred thousand likes on Facebook within a few days. On March 20, 2015, the song was also released on iTunes and Spotify . Although the song missed entry into the Danish music charts , it was able to reach the charts in Sweden and climbed to number 55 there by mid-April. In June 2015, the follow-up single Night After Night , which was already available on Spotify before was released, officially presented. However, it could not achieve a chart placement. In November, the single Miracles was released , with which Martin Jensen first entered the Danish charts.

In April 2016 the single All I Wanna Do was released , which was very successful in Scandinavia and reached the top 10 of the Norwegian charts, in Denmark it was awarded platinum and in Sweden double platinum. In November 2016, the single Solo Dance was released , which became a top 10 hit in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. In December, Martin Jensen entered the German single charts for the first time with Solo Dance , moved into the top 20 at the beginning of 2017 and achieved numerous other high chart placements across Europe.
