Martina Stoessel

TINI (born March 21, 1997 in Buenos Aires ), born Martina Stoessel , is an Argentine actress , singer and dancer . She became internationally known in 2012 for the eponymous leading role in the telenovela Violetta .

Life

She is the daughter of producer and director Alejandro Stoessel and has an older brother. She began taking piano lessons at an early age and did musical comedy and musical theater; she also took dance and singing lessons.

In 2007 Stoessel got a supporting role in the Argentine telenovela Patito Feo , in which she played the assistant to Fito Bernardi. She gained international fame in 2012 with the lead role of Violetta Castillo in the Disney Channel series Violetta . She also sang the show's theme song, En mi mundo . For her role she received an award at the Argentine Kids' Choice Awards . She also sang the song Tu resplandor for Disney in 2011 . After the international success of the series, Stoessel shot the second season in 2013 and the third season in 2014. After 240 episodes, the telenovela ended in February 2015.

Between 2013 and 2014 she toured Latin America and later Europe with the other Violetta actors . The concert film Violetta - Live in Concert was made in 2014 . In 2015 Stoessel went on tour again with some cast members. This took place in Europe and Latin America and was called Violetta LIVE .

For the Spanish-language and Italian versions of The Ice Queen - Totally Unabashed , she sang the song Libre soy and All'alba sorgerò , a version of the original of Demi Lovato's Let It Go . Her biography Simplemente Tini (Simply Tini) was published in her native Argentina in 2014 and has been translated into several languages.

In 2015 Stoessel signed a record deal with Hollywood Records . The recordings for their debut album took place between January and March 2016 in Los Angeles . The album Tini was released in April 2016. The first single Siempre Brillarás , of which there is also an English version under the title Born to Shine , was released together with the music video in March 2016. The debut album is also the soundtrack for the feature film Tini: Violetta's Future , in which Stoessel plays the main role. A special edition of the album was released in October 2016. In 2017 she went through Europe and Latin America with her Got me started tour . In October of the same year Te quiero más appeared as the first single for their second album and in April 2018 Princesa . Her second album Quiero volver was released in October 2018 , and she went on tour again.
