The Beautician and the Beast is a comedy film from the year 1997 , the relationship of the focusing dictator of a former Eastern Bloc country to nanny is his children.

Joy Miller teaches cosmetics and beauty studies at a less successful school in New York City and inadvertently sets the school on fire.
As a result, unemployed, she unintentionally runs into Ira Grushinsky, the private secretary of the dictator Boris Pochenko. He is looking for a teacher and nanny for his four children. Ira, who thinks Joy Miller teaches foreign languages and math, invites the extroverted woman to his employer's country.
