The Meinheimer Mühlbach is a right tributary of the Altmühl near Meinheim in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Central Franconia .

The Meinheimer Mühlbach rises in an area with many springs north of the Dürrenberg at an altitude of 538  m above sea level. NN at the east foot of the Hahnenkamm southwest of Kurzenaltheim not far from the border to the market town of Heidenheim . The stream flows steadily in an easterly direction and crosses a wide open landscape in the Altmühl valley . In addition to numerous smaller source rivers, it takes up the valley ditch , then it flows through Kurzenaltheim, partly channeled. Between Kurzenaltheim and Meinheim it takes its longest tributary, the Wolfsbronner Mühlbach . It flows through Meinheim and the Untere Blosenmühle . It passes under the state road 2230 , the district road WUG 34 and the railway line Würzburg-Treuchtlingen . After a run of around seven kilometers, the Meinheimer Mühlbach flows not far from the municipal boundary to Alesheim and Markt Berolzheim at an altitude of 411  m above sea level. NN northwest of Trommetsheim from the right into the Altmühl. The Störzelbach flows not far to the north .
