Michael "Mickey" Riley Galitzen , also Mickey Riley , (born September 6, 1909 in Los Angeles , † June 9, 1959 ibid) was an American diver who won four medals in four Olympic starts.

Michael Galitzen started for the University of Southern California and for the Los Angeles Allied Athletic Club . He was a ten-time AAU champion. At the 1928 Olympic Games in Amsterdam he was only defeated by his compatriot Pete Desjardins in jumping from the three-meter board, Desjardins also won the ten-meter tower, and Galitzen received the bronze medal behind Farid Simaika from Egypt . Four years later he won the 1932 Olympics in his hometown from the three-meter board in front of his club mate Harold Smith . From the ten-meter tower, Harold Smith won before Galitzen.

Galitzen usually started under his stage name Mickey Riley and competed in synchronized jumping with his brother John. In addition to the two brothers and Harold Smith, Olympic champion Georgia Coleman was also part of Fred Cady's training group. After his career, he performed a weird number as a water diver at swimming events. Eighteen years after his death, he was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame in 1977.
