Monica Jepkoech
Monica Jepkoech (born January 1, 1983 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner . In 2008 it started briefly under the name Mona Salem Jaber for Bahrain .
In 2006 she finished fourth in the Glasgow Women's 10K, and in 2008 she set a course record in the Singelloop Utrecht .
In 2009 she won the Los Palacios Half Marathon, and in 2010 she finished second in the Getafe Half Marathon. The following year she came third in the Würzburg Residence Run and won the Bern Grand Prix and the Hamburg Half Marathon . In 2012 she won the Kilimanjaro Marathon. In the fall, a sixth place in the Lille half marathon and a third place in the Route du Vin followed a victory in the Bredase Singelloop and a second place in the Beirut marathon . In 2013 she finished second in the Paris half marathon , won the Milan marathon , came third in the Lille half marathon and won the Osaka marathon . On April 26th, 2015 she won the Madrid Marathon with 2:33:42 h.
