Motor City Open 2006

The 2006 Motor City Open took place November 2-7, 2006 in Detroit , Michigan , United States . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2006/07 and was endowed with 30,000 US dollars.

Defending champion was Jonathon Power , who did not participate again. In the final the top seeded John White prevailed against Liam Kenny with 11: 3, 11: 4 and 11: 6.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were reserved for qualifiers. The eight best players were seeded. Per Wildcard got Michael joint a spot in the main draw.
