Suburban Collection Motor City Open 2015

The 2015 Suburban Collection Motor City Open took place January 24-27, 2015 at the Birmingham Athletic Club in Bloomfield Hills , Michigan , United States . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2014/15 and belonged to the International 70 category .

Defending champion was Mohamed Elshorbagy , who was eliminated in the first round. The winner was Miguel Ángel Rodríguez , who defeated Stephen Coppinger in the final with 9:11, 11: 7, 8:11, 11: 7 and 11: 3.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. A wildcard was not awarded.

Prize money and world ranking points

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize pool was $ 70,000.
