At the 2007 NCAA Division I Tennis Championships , the champions in US college tennis were determined.

The title in the men's team competition went to the top-seeded University of Georgia that year , which won its fifth title in this competition. In the final on May 22nd, the team around their top player John Isner defeated the University of Illinois, which was ranked 10th, 4-0. The Slovenian Matic Omerzel got the decisive point . The team ended their season with a record of 32-0 wins.

The 64 participating universities were announced on May 1, 2007. The first and second round games were played in the period from May 11th to 13th. From the round of 16 on May 17, all games were played on the grounds of the University of Georgia in Athens .
