NGC 3363 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Leo on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 255 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 95,000 light years in diameter. Presumably it forms a gravitationally bound galaxy pair with PGC 86672 .
In the same area of the sky is u. a. the galaxy NGC 3352 .
The object was discovered by Édouard Stephan on March 22, 1882 .
