Natalie "Nattie" Katherine Neidhart-Wilson (born Natalie Katherine Neidhart on May 27, 1982 in Calgary , Alberta , Canada ) is a Canadian wrestler . She is the daughter of Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart , the niece of Bret Hart and the cousin of David Hart Smith . She appears regularly under her ring name Natalya on the wrestling shows produced by WWE . She has been married to Theodore James (TJ) Wilson, her former partner in the team "The Hart Dynasty", better known by his WWE ring name Tyson Kidd , since June 30, 2013 . She can also be seen in the Total Divas series.

Wrestling career

Beginnings

Neidhart was trained in Stu Hart's wrestling school, the Hart Submission Dungeon , before starting her wrestling career .

Their wrestling debut as a 17-year-old in 2000. She performed both in the former Family League STAMPEDE wrestling as well as in the National Wrestling Alliance belonging League Extreme Canadian Championship Wrestling on. In 2005 she was allowed to win a title for the first time, the STAMPEDE Women's Pacific Championship , and hold it for 133 days. After losing the title for a short time, she was allowed to win the title again on December 16, 2005 and keep it for another 349 days.

WWE (since 2007)

In January 2007 Neidhart signed a development contract with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). In the spring of 2007, she made her debut with Deep South Wrestling (DSW), the then WWE development league . After the WWE split from DSW, Neidhart appeared at Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) and Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW).

She made her WWE debut on SmackDown on April 4, 2008 . Shortly thereafter, she moved to ECW , where she formed the Stable Hart Dynasty with Tyson Kidd and David Hart Smith . In June 2009, she and the entire stable were switched to the SmackDown brand again.

After Smith and Kidd won the WWE Tag Team Championship on April 26, 2010 , they were switched to RAW a day later at the WWE Draft . The stable disbanded in November 2010.

At Survivor Series, 21 November 2010 won Neidhart for the first time the WWE Divas Championship by Michelle McCool . On January 30, 2011, at the PPV Royal Rumble , she gave the title to Eve .

At the WWE Draft on April 26, 2011, she was switched to SmackDown . From August 2011 to March 2012 she formed the Divas of Doom with Beth Phoenix .

At the major Summerslam event held on August 20, 2017, she defeated Naomi and won the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship for the first time . This made her the first female wrestler to win both the old Diva's Championship and one of the newly created WWE Women's Championships . On November 14, 2017, she lost the title on SmackDown Live in a match against Charlotte Flair.

As part of the Superstar Shake Up 2018, she switched from SmackDown to Raw . At WrestleMania 35 , she took part in the match for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship with Beth Phoenix , but could not win it. Her participation in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match on May 19, 2019 was just as unsuccessful. On August 11, 2019, she lost a submission match for the Raw Women's Championship to Becky Lynch at WWE SummerSlam . On November 24, 2019, she played a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match against Sasha Banks , Carmella , Dana Brooke, Lacey Evans, Nikki Cross , Rhea Ripley, Io Shirai at the WWE Survivor Series together with Asuka , Charlotte Flair , Kairi Sane and Sarah Logan , Bianca Belair , Toni Storm and Candice LeRae.
