National League A (chess) 2014

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The National League A 2014 was the top division of the Swiss team championship 2014. The defending champion Schachklub Réti Zurich was again Swiss team champion, but was only able to keep the runner-up SG Riehen at a distance because of the better board points. SK Trubschachen and Club d'échecs de Neuchâtel had risen from National League B last year . While Neuchâtel reached relegation, Trubschachen had to relegate together with SK Mendrisio . For the reported team squads of the participating clubs, see the team squad of the Swiss National League A in Chess 2014 .
