The village was first mentioned in writing in 1295 as the property of the Church of St. Aegidius in Pardubičky. From 1318 the village belonged to the Vilém of Nemošice. The seat of the Vladiken Holec of Nemošice was the fortress Nemošice, which was located opposite the village on the right bank of the Chrudimka. In the second half of the 15th century, the Makovský von Pottenstein and Voděradský von Hrušov families jointly acquired the estate. Jan Makovský and Jiří Voděradský sold the fortress and the village of Nemošice in 1492 to Wilhelm von Pernstein , who added the estate to his rule Pardubice. In 1521 Wilhelm von Pernstein bequeathed his Bohemian goods to his younger son Vojtěch , after his death in 1534 they fell to his brother Johann . In 1548 Johann von Pernstein left his son Jaroslav in debt. On March 21, 1560 Jaroslav von Pernstein sold the entire rule of Pardubitz to King Ferdinand I. His successor Maximilian II transferred the administration of the royal lords to the court chamber . In the Pardubice land register from 1588, 16 properties and a free mill are shown for Nemošice. In 1790 the construction of a stud was started southeast of the village on the pond of the drained fish pond Klárka, which was expanded to the military stud Štít from 1830.

In 1835 the village of Nemoschitz , located in the Chrudim district , consisted of 29 houses in which 204 people lived. There was a mill in the village, and the Imperial and Royal Military Stud to the side. Parish was Pardubice. Until the middle of the 19th century Nemoschitz remained subordinate to the kk camera rule Pardubitz.
