Architecture and history

The two-story half - timbered house was built in 1710. The upper floor has largely been preserved in its original form. Here you will find the half-timbered figure of the half man , pyramid beam heads and profiled filler wood. The transom was installed in a smooth form, instead of profiled parapet timber, as was customary in Quedlinburg half-timbered buildings up until then. In addition, a ship's throat is of a late shape. The compartments are provided with decorative lining.

A dedication inscription on the threshold is remarkable .
