The house at Neuer Weg 45 is a building complex in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt . One wing of the building on the courtyard side is listed .

location

It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as an economic building, belongs to the UNESCO world cultural heritage and is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town, on the west side of the Neuer Weg. The Stiefelgraben runs west of the property .

Architecture and history

The small two-storey half - timbered house was built in the second half of the 17th century and has largely been preserved in its original appearance. It has a simple design and is only five containers wide. The house is covered with a limestone roof covered with nun tiles.
