The building registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town. The house Neuer Weg 2 , which is also listed, borders to the north and the house Neuer Weg 4 to the south .

Architecture and history

The narrow three-story building was built around 1760 in half-timbered construction . The half-timbered facade of the baroque building has profiled planks. The compartments are provided with decorative lining. The basement was rebuilt in the 19th century. During this time, the windows were also changed there.
