Architecture and history

The villa was built in the middle of the 19th century in the style of Berlin's late classicism and is part of the southern urban expansion of Quedlinburg during this time. The main building has been preserved in largely unchanged form. The facade is symmetrical and is dominated by a central riser in which a hall is housed. The facade is sparingly decorated by means of stucco structures . The window openings are partially designed and framed as round arches. At the back of the garden there is a terrace with an outside staircase .

The routing in the garden still corresponds to the original layout. In addition, there is a historic fountain basin, sculptural jewelry and old plants. A wooden summer house was added around 1890. The property is surrounded by an enclosure.

The villa was one of two older villas belonging to the Dippe family, who were active in the seed trade .
