The building, registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register, is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town, on the west side of the Neuer Weg.
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built in the first half of the 19th century, with ashlar masonry from an older time being included. The compartments on the upper floor are lined with rubble stones and plastered with clay plaster. The front door is original.
In the courtyard of the property there is a two-storey half-timbered building erected around 1800.
