The house Neuer Weg 10 is a listed building in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

The building, registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as an agricultural citizen's house, is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town, on the east side of the Neuer Weg. To the north is the also listed building Neuer Weg 9 .

Architecture and history

The large three-storey half - timbered house was built around 1690. The decoration of the wide building consists partly of more modern elements such as pyramid beam heads , ship throats and chamfers as well as older lug shapes . The gate passage of the house is formed with segmental arches and has a gate with coffered leaves. In addition, there were shutters from around 1800.

Currently (as of 2013) the building is in a partially renovated condition.
