The house at Neuer Weg 43, 44 is a listed building in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town, on the west side of the Neuer Weg. The house Neuer Weg 42 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the south and the house Neuer Weg 45 to the north .

Architecture and history

The two-storey massive house was built in the period around 1820 in the classicism style. It is stated as architecturally demanding and regularly structured. The house was built as a replacement building and combined two smaller pieces of land in a single building.
