The house Neuer Weg 6 is a listed building in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building, registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register, is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town, on the east side of the Neuer Weg. The house Neuer Weg 5 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the north and the house Neuer Weg 7 to the south .

Architecture and history

The two-storey building, which was probably built with a massive construction, was built around 1820. The plastered three-axis facade is designed in the classicism style. On the ground floor there is a plaster block . The window reveals are framed with stucco profiles . The eaves and cornice of the house are decorated with a frieze . Rosettes and unicorns are depicted in the frieze .
