Nora Reinhardt

Nora Reinhardt (* 1982 in Roth ) is a German journalist and author .

Life

After studying at the LMU Munich , Nora Reinhardt trained as a journalist at the German School of Journalism . Then she went to the news magazine Der Spiegel , where she worked for three years as an editor in the culture department. After writing for a year for Zeitverlag , she became an editor at NEON magazine in 2013 .

Reinhardt reported after the nuclear accident in Fukushima from Japan and after the terrorist attack in August 2017 from Barcelona . For neon she did research in the Bahamas, the Faroe Islands, the USA and Israel. Reinhardt has won several journalism prizes , including the Axel Springer Prize for young journalists and the South Tyrol Media Prize. She was also nominated for the German Reporter Award.

Nora Reinhardt specializes in reports and interviews. She interviewed Lindsey Stirling , Ashton Kutcher , Eddie Redmayne , Ewan McGregor , Sienna Miller , Mila Kunis , Jared Leto , Alexandra Maria Lara , Tim Bendzko , Peter Lindbergh and Iris Berben .

Her report "A picture is a picture is a picture" (Der Spiegel, issue 44/2009), in which Reinhardt revealed that Martin Kippenberger had not painted the painting "Paris Bar" himself, triggered an art scandal and an international debate As a consequence, auction houses assured more transparency. The report was awarded.

The report "Dallas in Laas" by Nora Reinhardt was read in by Christian Brückner and published on CD by the Südtiroler Sparkasse Foundation together with the other finalist contributions to the South Tyrolean Media Prize 2013.

Reinhardt has been teaching practical journalism for young adults since 2011 (e.g. youth media days, click kids).
