OCT Group (also Overseas Chinese Town Enterprises Co. ) is a theme park operator from China , founded in 1985 and headquartered in Shenzhen .
The group, together with the theme park operator, Fantawild Holdings Inc., also from China, is currently one of the most important theme park operators in China. The OCT Group and the companies belonging to it, however, are not private companies compared to the other amusement park operators, but a state group of companies .
With twelve amusement parks currently in operation and over 42.8 million visitors in 2017, the OCT Group is the fourth largest amusement and theme park operator worldwide.
