Olqa İsmayılova , b. Olga Yuryevna Panarina ( Russian Ольга Юрьевна Исмаилова (Панарина) , Belarusian Вольга Юр'еўа Ісмаілава (Панарына) / Wolha Jurjeuna Ismailawa (Panaryna); * 16th September 1985 in Kharkiv , Ukrainian SSR , Soviet Union ) is a former Azeri , former Belarusian Track cyclist who specializes in short-term disciplines.

Olqa İsmayılova has been internationally active since the 2007/2008 World Cup season , initially she started under her maiden name Olga Panarina . She competes in the 500-meter time trial , keirin and sprint disciplines and has several places in the top ten. She won a national Belarusian track cycling title at least nine times.

At the UCI Track World Championships in 2009 İsmayılova was fourth in the sprint. In 2010 she finished third in the time trial at the World Track Championships, and in the autumn of the same year she became European champion in the Keirin. The following year she became world champion in the 500 m time trial in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands ; in the Keirin she was runner-up in the world champion and in the sprint she finished fourth.

At the 2012 Olympic Games in London İsmayılova finished eighth in the sprint. At the UEC European Track Championships in 2012 , she was European sprint champion and also won the time trial at the second round of the Track Cycling World Cup in Glasgow .

İsmayılova has been racing for the Azerbaijani Cycling Federation since 2014, and in the same year and 2015 she became national sprint champion.

In 2016, Olqa İsmayılova was nominated to participate in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . She started in Sprint (18th) and Keirin (21st).
