Lesotho took part in the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul , South Korea , with a delegation of six athletes (all men) in five competitions in two sports. No medals could be won. The youngest athlete was the boxer Teboho Mathibeli (17 years and 291 days), the oldest athlete was the marathon runner Mohala Mohloli (26 years and 325 days). It was the country's fourth participation in the Summer Olympics . The standard- bearer was Noheku Nteso .
