Paul Klimek
Paul Karl Richard Klimek also Paulus Klimek (born January 9, 1859 in Königlich Neudorf , Oppeln district , † December 21, 1923 in Breslau ) was a German philologist, historian, teacher and non-fiction author.
Live and act
He completed his studies in classical philology at the University of Breslau in 1883 with the doctoral thesis Coniectanea in Julianum et Cyrilli Alexandrini contra illum libros and obtained a doctorate in philosophy .
He lived in Oppeln, Leobschütz , Königshütte and worked from 1900 to 1915 as a senior teacher for classical philology and the Greek language at the Royal Catholic St. Matthias-Gymnasium in Breslau. In his writings he dealt with the philology of antiquity and wrote some textbooks for school use.
