Peggy Pollow

Peggy Pollow (born April 29, 1979 in Leipzig ) is a German musical artist , actress , speaker and voice actress .

Life

Pollow was born the daughter of the singer Conny Strauch and a pianist . At the age of 7 she received free acting and dance lessons at the Friedrichstadt-Palast Berlin . After graduating from high school, Pollow first worked as a club animator and then worked in Tunisia as a choreographer for musical shows that take place in holiday resorts.

After her return, Pollow trained at the Stella Academy in Hamburg . With the bankruptcy of Stella AG six months later, the Academy was closed. She spoke for the Hamburg Operettenhaus held ABBA -Musical Mamma Mia before and was accepted into the ensemble. After the first year, Pollow took on the role of Sophie until 2006. In 2009 Pollow played the role of Jeanie in Kassel in the musical Hair . Until 2014, Pollow was in the musicals The Who's Tommy , From the Christmas spirit and I've never been to New York .

In 2009 she came into contact with dubbing for the first time. In the musical " The 13½ Lives of Captain Bluebear ", many scenes were depicted using hand puppets that were spoken with their own voices . Back in Hamburg she did her first small role and applied to other studios. Pollow has been doing this full-time job since 2013.

Pollow lives in Berlin with her boyfriend and two sons.
