The Pervaya Gruppa in 1945 was the seventh season of the highest Soviet football league and at the same time the first championship after a three-year war-related break. It began on May 19 and ended on September 22, 1945.

Dynamo Moscow won the Soviet football championship for the fourth time, five points ahead of ZDKA Moscow .
