Primera Fuerza 1914/15

The 1914/15 season was the 13th season of the soccer league introduced in Mexico, which initially operated under the name Primera Fuerza .

Changes

After the founding member and the previous record champions Reforma Athletic Club had dropped out at the end of the previous season, in addition to the team from Amicale Française Mexique , which was only represented in the league in 1913/14, only four teams were represented in the 1914/15 season. The only remaining founding member of the league that started in the 1902/03 season was the Pachuca Athletic Club in that season .

Season course

The first game took place on October 4, 1914, between the defending champions Club España and the champions of 1912/13 , Club México, and was won 1-0 by the Españistas. The scorer of the winning goal was Bernardo Rodríguez , who not only scored the first goal of the season, but was also responsible for the last goal of the season. He achieved this on December 20, 1915 for the 3-0 final score against runner-up Pachuca AC. The last game of the season took place a week later on December 27, 1915 between the same teams in Pachuca de Soto and ended goalless.
