Venues

The originally sixteen clubs in the 1st League Promotion should have played twice against each opponent, once in their home stadium and once away. In total, each team would have played 30 games. After AC Bellinzona withdrew from the game, there were only fifteen clubs and 28 rated games per team. At the time of the bankruptcy, AC Bellinzona had already played seven games that were retrospectively canceled.

The first placed rose to the Challenge League at the end of the season , the last two placed in the 1st League Classic.
