Rappoltschlag is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Waldhausen in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 44 building areas with 22,498 m² and 45 gardens on 42,575 m² in the cadastral community of Rappoltschlag , in 1989/1990 there were 55 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 128 and in 2009/2010 there were 59 buildings on 130 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 256 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 246 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 218 hectares and 282 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 205 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 284 hectares. The average soil climate of Rappoltschlag is 21.4 (as of 2010).
