Renate Schacht

Renate Schacht (born December 5, 1921 in Buer ; † November 27, 1974 ) was a German actress .

Life

After working as a secretary, she took acting lessons with Lilly Ackermann in Berlin . She played her first roles at the Plauen Theater and the Oberhausen Theater . From 1947 to 1948 she was a member of the National Theater ensemble in Weimar . Since 1948 she was in Hamburg at the Youth Theater and the Kammerspiele engaged .

Renate Schacht also worked in various film and television productions .

These included the feature films Zugvögel from 1947 by Rolf Meyer with Carl Raddatz , Fritz Wagner and Lotte Koch , 1954 A Life for Do by Gustav Ucicky with Hans Söhnker , Charles Regnier and Paola Loew , Nasser Asphalt by Frank Wisbar with Horst Buchholz , Martin Held , Maria Perschy and Gert Fröbe from 1958 and 1963 Moral 63 directed by Rolf Thiele with Nadja Tiller , Mario Adorf and Charles Regnier. She was seen in the television series All my animals , directed by Otto Meyer, with Gustav Knuth , Tilly Lauenstein , Volker Lechtenbrink and Sabine Sinjen .

Renate Schacht was married to the entrepreneur Helmut Ritter and lived in Soltau .
