action

Despite counting thousands of innocents, the Umbrella Corporation continues to develop biological weapons. Three days ago, the T-Virus was stolen from the Paris branch of the Umbrella Development Center . A luxury cruise ship owned by the Umbrella Corporation with important people from different countries on board was hijacked yesterday. It is now up to Bruce McGivern to clarify the situation and, if possible , to catch the perpetrators. As soon as he arrives on the ship, he finds out that Morpheus D. Duvall is behind it all. Only with the help of a stranger could he survive the first encounter with him. It turns out that Morpheus was fired from the Umbrella Corporation and, in his madness , exposed the entire crew of the ship to the T-Virus . He later infected himself in order to obtain consummate power. In the fight against the zombies, Bruce meets the stranger again, who introduces herself as Fongling and has received the same mission from the Chinese Ministry of Security. Initially, she refuses to work together, but quickly realizes that she cannot survive this situation on her own. You find Morpheus, who is now infected himself and now appears to be immortal. Since he is superior to them, they have to flee. In the ship's control room, they notice that the ship is approaching a mountain that rises out of the Atlantic. The ship cannot be diverted and so they decide to arrest Morpheus and then flee. Only this has long since disappeared. The ship bursts on the mountain; no one could have survived this explosion. Bruce and Fongling find themselves on an island that houses an abandoned Umbrella Corporation research facility. Neither of the two knows that the other is still alive because they were separated. Even at the beginning of the investigation of the island, it becomes clear that Morpheus has already been here, and so the search for him continues.

main characters

Bruce McGivern: The 27-year-old is an undercover agent for the US Strategic Commander's (US STRATCOM) anti-umbrella investigation team. He is characterized by a keen sense of justice. He takes every mission seriously, but often acts recklessly and without regard for his own life in order to thwart the evil machinations.

Fongling: The 25-year-old works for the Chinese Ministry of Security. She arrested her own brother on the orders of her government, and he was executed that same day. Despite this incident, she has no negative opinions against her superiors. Since that event, however, she has cut off all emotions.

Morpheus D. Duvall: The 32-year-old was a member of Umbrella's research and development department but was fired after it was revealed that he was responsible for what happened in Racoon City . With his fanatical followers he hijacked the cruise ship and in his madness exposed his followers to the T-virus .
