Richmond Wilcox Landon (born November 20, 1898 in Salisbury , Connecticut , † June 13, 1971 in Lynbrook , New York ) was an American athlete .

At the Olympic Games in Antwerp in 1920 , Landon became Olympic champion in the high jump . His victory height was 1.94 m.
