Robert Matwew

Robert Matwew (born May 17, 1967 in Neuss ) is a former German cyclist .

1985 Matwew was able to place third in the German road cycling championships . In 1989 he won a stage of the Tour of Sweden . At the peace run in 1990 he was 30. A few months later - from September 1st - Matwew drove as a stagiaire for the Stuttgart team . From December 31, 1990 this team became Team Telekom . It was not until 1 January 1993 Matwew launched a year with the team Team Mongoose . and then ended his cycling career.

  1. The Stuttgart team existed for two years. It had 19 drivers. Team leaders were Hennie Kuiper and Werner Stauff . Racing bikes from Eddy MerckxTeam Stuttgart at cycling sites were used.
