Roger Glenmore (born February 17, 1957 in Heidelberg , real name Rüdi F.-JK Eck ) is a German composer, music manager and music producer.

Life

Glenmore has been a Gema member since 1978 . In 1979 he founded a recording studio in Heidelberg. There he worked as a producer for the groups Mustang and Speedy, which were popular in relevant youth magazines from 1980 to 1983. Until 2004 he was also active as a composer, manager, producer, publisher and others.

In 1989 he founded the PENG Records label distributed by ZYX Music . From 1986 to 1989 he was national product manager at Intercord and responsible for TV and film soundtracks (including Tatort and Der Fahnder ). As a product manager he was responsible for German artists, such as B. Tommy Steiner and Wolfgang Petry and Claudia Jung . Together with Hans W. Geißendörfer , the producer of the ARD series Lindenstrasse , he developed a campaign for the band Mini Pigs , which were part of the series and hit the charts with Die Kuh .

In 1989 he was A&R Manager at Bellaphon Records . In 1992 he founded the company MAC - Media Artist & Connection. There he developed, among other things, concepts and produced TV programs (e.g. Kaffeeklatsch ). In 1995 he founded the label MAC Music (Deutsche Austrophon) and in 2003 with Chris Flanger the label Luckysong distributed by Sony Music / SMIS . In 2004 he left the label. On the farewell tour of Lou Pearlman's boy group Natural , he was responsible for media support and marketing, among other things. He was producer and manager for actor Corey Haim and tour manager for La Toya Jackson .

In 2005 he developed psychological coaching for athletes, managers and politicians under his real name. As an author, he published specialist books on the subjects of sports mental training, sports hypnosis and energetic work in sports and developed the so-called SHT mental training. From 2013 to 2018 he trained in Wädenswil in the canton of Zurich in the "Swiss Mental Academy" in the BASPO (Federal Office for Sport in Switzerland) Magglingen sports mental trainers.

In 2016 he bundled his music-related activities under the umbrella of "Glenmore Consulting" based in Wädenswil.

In 2017 he founded the music label GC-Records, based in Wiesbaden since 2018.

Since 2018 the company GC Media Group which, in addition to the label and classic artist management, also carries out TV castings, TV treatments and TV productions.
