Rudziska Pasymskie ( German Waldheim ) is a small town in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and belongs to the Gmina Pasym (urban and rural municipality Passenheim ) in the Powiat Szczycieński ( Ortelsburg district ).
Rudziska Pasymskie is located 150 meters north of the Great Kalbensee ( Jezioro Kalwa in Polish ) in the southern center of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship , 19 kilometers northwest of the district town of Szczytno ( Ortelsburg in German ).
The former Waldheim was originally a medium-sized farm in the Passenheim city forest. Until 1945 it was a residential area within the municipality of Passenheim ( Pasym in Polish ).
Since 1945 the place bears the Polish name form "Rudziska Pasymskie", is partly independent and a place within the urban and rural municipality Pasym in the powiat Szczycieński ( Ortelsburg district ), until 1998 the Olsztyn Voivodeship , since then the Warmia-Masurian Voivodeship belongs.
In terms of the church, Waldheim was oriented towards Passenheim until 1945 : towards the Protestant church there and also towards the Roman Catholic parish there . The reference to the city now called "Pasym" has remained for Rudziska Pasymskie.
Rudziska Pasymskie can be reached on a side road that branches off from Landesstraße 53 (former German Reichsstraße 134 ) at Pasym and leads to Gaj (Passenheimer Stadtforsterei) . Pasym is also the nearest train station and is on the Olsztyn – Ełk railway line .
