history

Milucken was founded in 1389 (before 1785 Millucken , after 1785 Milugken , after 1820 Milukken , after 1871 Miluken ) in 1389. On June 12th of that year Konrad Zöllner von Rotenstein signed the Miluck Land under cöllmischen law as well as free fishing in Kalnebsee. In 1429 the privilege was renewed by Paul von Rußdorf . In the 16th and 17th centuries, Milucken was named among the free villages. In 1781 the information was given: “Village Milugken: 1 Hufe culm. Village forest. The need for construction and firewood must be obtained from the royal Allenstein forest. The hay must be bought from noble estates. The wealth of the residents is mediocre ”.

Between 1874 and 1945 Milucken was in the District shy rock village (Polish Tylkowo ) in the East Prussian district Szczytno incorporated. 121 inhabitants were registered in 1910 in Milucken. Their number was 113 in 1933 and 117 in 1939.

As a result of the war, Milucken was transferred to Poland in 1945, along with all of southern East Prussia . The village received the Polish name form "Miłuki" and today forms together with the neighboring village Michałki (Michelsdorf) a Schulzenamt (Polish Sołectwo ) in the network of the urban and rural community Pasym (Passenheim) in the powiat Szczycieński ( Ortelsburg district ), until 1998 the Olsztyn Voivodeship , since then part of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship .
