The Ruta 41 (short 41-CH , official name Ruta 41-CH Camino internacional Gabriela Mistral ) is an international road in the Región de Coquimbo in the small north of Chile. In its course to 232.8 km connects the Ruta 5 and the cities of La Serena and Coquimbo with Vicuña , Paihuano , the Valle del Elqui and the Argentine cities Rodeo and San Juan on the border pass Agua Negra to 4,780 m above sea level. d. M. It continues to operate in Argentina as Ruta 150 .

It is asphalted from its beginning to the border complex Juntas del Toro , from where the route to the border pass is a gravel road for about 65 km. There are also some bottlenecks on this section.

The official function of this Ruta was ratified by the MOP in 2009 by Decree Nº 127 .
