Ryński Dwór is located in the eastern center of the Warmia-Masurian Voivodeship , 19 kilometers southwest of the district town of Giżycko (Lötzen) and two kilometers southeast of the city of Ryn (Rhine) .
history
The small estate, called Dreyer dismantling until May 8, 1857, was a residential area in the city of Rhine ( Ryn in Polish ) until 1945 and united with it in its history. As a result of the war, the place came to Poland in 1945 along with all of southern East Prussia and received the Polish form of the name "Ryński Dwór". Today it is part of the urban and rural community Ryn (Rhine) in the Giżycki powiat ( Lötzen district ), before 1998 the Suwałki Voivodeship , since then it has belonged to the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship .
church
Until 1945 Rheinshof was parish in the Evangelical Parish Church of the Rhine and in the Catholic Parish Church of St. Adalbert Sensburg ( Polish Mrągowo ). Today Ryński Dwór belongs to the Evangelical Parish Church in Ryn and the Catholic Parish Church of the Immaculate Conception of Mary in Ryn.
traffic
Ryński Dwór is conveniently located on the Polish voivodship road DW 642 , which runs through the powiat Giżycki in a north-south direction and leads to Woźnice (Wosnitzen , Julienhöfen from 1938 to 1945 ) in the powiat Mrągowski ( Sensburg district ). A rail connection has not existed since the Rastenburg – Reimsdorf – Rhein railway line of the former Rastenburger Kleinbahnen with the nearby railway station in Rhine was decommissioned.
