Sabine de Mardt

Sabine de Mardt (until 2008 Sabine Müller ) is a German film producer .

Life

Sabine de Mardt studied journalism and German at the Ruhr University Bochum and the University of Aix-Marseille . At the beginning of her professional career she worked as a camerawoman and unit manager, from 1993 as a production manager and later as a production manager for television and cinema films. She has been working as an international producer since 2001.

From 2009 to 2015 de Mardt was managing director of Eyeworks Film Gemini GmbH and Eyeworks Fiction Cologne GmbH. From 2015 to 2018 she was Director Fiction and Film at Warner Bros ITVP GmbH and Managing Director of Cologne Film GmbH. Since July 1, 2018, Sabine de Mardt has been managing director of the newly founded Gaumont GmbH, a subsidiary of the French Gaumont SA. She is also a partner in Bildersturm Filmproduktion GmbH and board member of the Film and Media Association NRW eV
