Salvatore Bocchetti (born November 30, 1986 in Naples ) is an Italian football player .
Career
Bocchetti's career began at Ascoli Calcio , who loaned him to SS Virtus Lanciano in his first professional season in 2005/06 . In the 2006/07 season he played only two league games for Ascoli and was loaned to Frosinone Calcio for a year and a half in the second half of this season . For the 2008/09 season, Bocchetti moved to CFC Genoa , where the left foot was part of the permanent staff most of the time.
In August 2010, Bocchetti moved from CFC Genoa to Rubin Kazan . With the Tatars , Bocchetti, whose transfer fee was estimated at € 15 million, signed a contract for three and a half years.
In January 2013 he moved to league rivals Spartak Moscow . The transfer fee should be around € 5 million.
On January 28, 2015, Bocchetti moved to AC Milan on loan until the end of the 2014/15 season .
He played three games for the Italian national team in 2009 and made his debut against Ireland in October . In addition, Bocchetti played ten times for the U-21s of Italy (2008-2009) and once for the U-20s (2007). Bocchetti was also part of the Italian squad for the 2010 World Cup , but remained without commitment.
