Sandro Ramírez Castillo , known by his first name Sandro (born July 9, 1995 in Las Palmas ), is a Spanish football player . He has been under contract with Everton FC since July 2017 .

Career

In 2009, Sandro joined the youth department of FC Barcelona. He made his debut for FC Barcelona B on August 17, 2013 at the age of 18 . In this game in the second Spanish professional league his team lost 1: 2 against CD Mirandés .

On August 31, 2014, Sandro made his debut in the Primera División when he came on as a substitute for Pedro in the 70th minute and in the 82nd minute in the 1-0 away win at Villarreal CF on the 2nd match day of the 2014/15 season Winning goal scored. In his first season in the first team, Sandro made seven league (two goals), three Champions League (one goal) and two Copa del Rey appearances (one goal) as well as 30 appearances in the second team ( eight goals). At the end of the season he won the triple , consisting of championship, cup and Champions League victory.

For the 2015/16 season, Sandro was firmly in the first team's squad, but - as in the previous year - could not prevail against the seeded Lionel Messi , Luis Suárez and Neymar . He contributed ten missions (no goal) and four missions (three goals) to win the championship and the cup. He also played three Champions Leauge appearances and one appearance at the FIFA Club World Cup , which FC Barcelona won in December 2015 . He was not used when winning the UEFA Super Cup .

For the 2016/17 season , Sandro moved to Málaga FC , where he received a three-year contract dated June 30, 2019. He scored a total of 14 goals in 30 league games.

After a year in Malaga, Ramírez moved to the Premiere League for Everton FC for the 2017/18 season . There he signed a four-year contract.

For the 2018/19 season he was loaned to the Spanish club Real Sociedad San Sebastián for a year .

He was loaned to Real Valladolid for the 2019/20 season.
