Sascha Heyna (born June 11, 1975 in Roth ) is a German journalist , presenter and singer .
Career
Sascha Heyna trained as a radio and TV journalist. This was followed by internships (1994 at Radio Lindau in Lindau and at the news agency GENN..fm in Augsburg ) and internships at various radio and television stations. In May 1995 he started working as a freelancer for the regional broadcaster Radio 7 melody in Biberach . 1996 followed a traineeship and moderation of the Sunday talk show Wunderfitz and the morning show Heyna am Morgen . In July 1998 an internship at the regional television broadcaster B.TV Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg followed . There he was a member of the newsroom and also moderated the programs B-TV Weather and B-TV Talk. In April 1999 he was awarded the Baden-Württemberg State Media Prize for his report on the French magician Dani Lary .
A month later he worked as a freelance producer in the media office Liersch in Paris for the RTL journalist Antonia Rados and reported from there for the German television stations Das Erste (Morgenmagazin) , ZDF (People Today) , Sat.1 (News, Blitz ) and RTL (Exclusive , Item 12) as well as Channel 4's UK programming. His interviewees included Karl Lagerfeld , Madonna , Cindy Crawford and David Bowie .
In 2000 Heyna first worked as an editor at Schwartzkopff TV-Productions in Hamburg and later as editor of the daily ProSieben talk show Andreas Türck . In 2001 a brief stint at the First News news agency in Augsburg followed.
From June 2001 to July 2020 he was part of the team of moderators at the TV shopping channel QVC in Düsseldorf , where he moderated live broadcasts.
On August 4, 2020, the TV broadcaster Sat.1 confirmed Sascha Heyna as one of a total of 18 flatmates in the eighth season of Celebrity Big Brother . The 2020 broadcast officially started on August 7, 2020.

On the advice of singer and actress Isabel Varell , he released his first album Himmelszelt in October 2008 with a mixture of pop and hit songs . After the subsequent “Himmelszelt” tour, he released the second album in October 2009 with the title Los Jetzt! , on which, among other things, the title Keine Macht der Welt , a duet with pop singer Joy Fleming , can be heard.
In December 2011, the third album, entitled Saschas Starparade, followed, on which, in addition to Heyna's own single Und I believe in miracles, other artists such as Helene Fischer , Jürgen Drews , Wolfgang Petry and others are represented with Christmas carols.
From November 26, 2013 to January 19, 2014 Heyna played together with Wolkenfrei in the opening act during the fantasy tour Endstation Sehnsucht Tour . The tour led through 16 German cities and once to Austria. Around 15,000 people attended the concerts during the tour.
