Scandolara Ripa d'Oglio (in the Cremonese dialect: Scandulèera ) is a municipality ( comune ) in the province of Cremona in Lombardy , Italy , with 545 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019). The municipality is located about 13.5 kilometers northeast of Cremona on the Oglio and borders directly on the province of Brescia .

Scandolara Ripa d'Oglio is the birthplace of Carmelo Scampa , Roman Catholic Bishop of São Luís de Montes Belos in Brazil.
