Pizzighettone is a municipality with 6385 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Cremona in the Italian region of Lombardy .
location
The place is on the Adda in the middle of the Po plain . After Cremona in the southeast there is about 25 km away. To the motorways A 1 in the Southwest is 15 km away and the A 21 km in the south about 20 microns.

In the municipality are located next to the main town of the fractions Vacations, Regona and Roggione, and the dwelling places Cascina Crocetta, Cascina Sant'Eusebio Inferiore, Cascina Valentino and Cascina Vallate Ponte.
