Crotta d'Adda is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) in the province of Cremona in Lombardy with 643 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).

The municipality is located about 13.5 kilometers west-northwest of Cremona at the Parco dell'Adda Sud and borders the provinces of Lodi and Piacenza ( Emilia-Romagna ). Here the Adda flows into the Po .
