Offanengo is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 6100 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Cremona in Lombardy . The municipality is located about 35 kilometers northwest of Cremona and about 45 kilometers west-southwest of Milan . The Serio flows east of Offanengo .
